  • Ready 2 Run is a running Strength and Conditioning (S&C) personalised programme to help runners improve their performance and help reduce the risk of running overuse injuries.

  • Our programme is personalised to you. We start with a free injury risk assessment to understand your strength and mobility level and then tailor a programme that includes strength training and flexibility exercises. Because we assess your physical capability before we start, your programme starts where you need it to so it can help you achieve your running goals.

  • The programme has been designed specifically to be completed at home with very minimal equipment such as a foam roller or tennis ball, a clear wall, a doorframe, and a step. That’s is all!

  • It is not essential to have any previous strength training history. The programme is designed to support individuals with different experiences of strength training.

  • Our programmes are designed for individuals who are 18 years old or older.

  • Our programmes are suitable for runners of all levels, from beginners to ultra runners. Whether you are training for a marathon or couch to 5k, our tailored programmes can help you achieve your goals.

  • Our injury risk assessment includes two flexibility and two strength endurance exercises. This assessment helps us design a programme that minimises your risk of injury and maximise your potential.

  • Yes, you can continue your regular running routine while following our programme. Our aim is to complement your training, not to burden it.

  • The programme is designed for those who are injury free. Therefore, unfortunately if you are injured we do not recommend completing this programme. If you are unsure whether you are ok to complete this, do contact us or speak with your healthcare practitioner who is supporting you with your injury.

  • If you have been given the all clear to start training from your healthcare practitioner, it is possible this programme can support your return. The programme is personalised so will pick up any deficits you may have. If in doubt, do contact us.

  • Download our app from either the Google Play or Apple App stores. Follow the instructions to complete the risk assessment and then make payment to receive your personalise Ready 2 Run programme.
